Get Rid of Love Handles and Take Your Life Back

Stop making hollow jokes about your love handles. They are serious, not funny. They are more than tragic, they are dangerous to your health. That loose belly fat known as love handles, ab fat or waist fat is the most dangerous of all fat on your body.

This fat smothers your vital organs and hampers your body's ability to keep you alive and functioning at the best possible level.

You can add years to your life - fit and healthy attractive years if you would just make an effort to get rid of love handles.

Your love handles have to go. Here's how you are going to do it:

1. Stop procrastinating and decide to make the effort to lose weight, make a plan and stick to it. Get as informed as you can about healthy diet and exercise to lose body fat. Monitor and review your plan. Be tough on yourself but forgiving of mistakes.

2. Change your diet to a simple and mainly unprocessed one. Get into some regular brisk exercise, like walking, that you can sustain most days of the week- rain, hail or shine.

3. Never give up; never surrender. Lounging about chilling out in your free time will get you nowhere. Nothing tastes as good as being slim, fit, healthy and attractive feels (and looks).
