What You Need to Know for more rapid weight loss
How to turn your fast weight lose dreams into rapid weight loss reality
Most people are reasonably well aware that weight loss is not going to happen without effort on your part. All the expensive and wacko diet pills and fad diets doing the rounds are just a dream in a bottle.
You know without me telling you that a basic rule of thumb of eating less and more healthily combined with some brisk regular exercise in the right proportions will take weight off anyone - eventually.
There are many weight lose diet programs and lose weight exercises that will help you to lose weight steadily and maintain goal weight.
That's the bad news; there is considerable sustained effort and focus needed for successful weight loss.
Now for the good news...
You can easily accelerate your weight loss with some simple and harmless tactics
These are ways of tweaking your diet and exercise that don't hurt you at all. Each of these strategies either increases your metabolism or works with your body's capacity to process different types of food in different ways.
- Spread your calories out through the day, so your body's fuel reserves are constantly being topped up, not overloaded, then depleted then overloaded again
- Drink plenty of water (at least 2 liters a day) and eat 30-35 gms of fiber a day. Both these activities encourage fat to travel through your digestive system and be excreted rather than stored
- Eat your carbs mainly in the first 1/2 of the day so your body uses them for energy, rather than storing them overnight
- Exercise according to your body type. Naturally big boned endomorphs need more cardio in their weekly workout routine to get fast weight lose results. Well proportioned Mesomorphs and naturally lanky Ectomorphs do better with more resistence training.
You might not believe that such simple fast weight lose tactics can work, but testing them out will do you no harm. Try them for at least 2 weeks. If you stick to them, you will be very pleasantly surprised.

Nice! Four very clear suggestions, easy to understand...I have trouble with #1 (I tend to ignore breakfast) and #2...for some reason just can't seem to make myself commit to all this water! But GREAT to have another reminder! Thanks for advice!
